Our Beef

We farm a small herd of pedigree Devon Reds, these are our native breed and are well suited to our narural pasture. They are incredibly docile and friendly and produce some of the best beef availiable! The fantastic natural marbling and rich flavour makes this beef a must try.

We have 20 cows and they spend the vast majority of their lives outside (we only bring them in when it is exceptionally wet!) and are traditionally fed on only grass. These cows take much longer to reach maturity than intensively farmed comercial breeds and we think they taste all the better for it.
